Brewer's Amylase. Scientifically formulated amylases which operated at high temperatures to convert starches into oligosaccharides and simple sugars. Key benefits: Reduced mashing times, unlock higher sugar contents, plus reliable performance across batches. Active to over 100 degrees Celsius.

Brewer's Glucoamylase. Fungal glucoamylase which converts oligosaccharides into simple fermentable sugars. Key benefits: unlock higher sugar contents, plus reliable performance across batches. Active up to 55 degrees Celsius.
