Start with Brewer’s Amylase for accessible starch conversion and lower mash viscosity.
Meet Amylase ↗A GREAT BREW. CLEARER NUMBERS.
Plan a batch and see exactly what the enzymes contribute to each cup, pint or bottle. Adjust your finished-beer yield, dose and pack size.
Small-brew defaults follow the listed 10 mL per 25 L rate. The larger-brew listing uses ten times this rate; select the basis that applies to your process.
Volumes are an editable planning example. The dose is based on mash/brew volume; cost per serving is based on finished beer. Use the supplied instructions and your process-specific dose.
Per 568 mL pint, based on 23 L finished beer.
Enzyme cost only: apportioned from the selected UK pack prices. Malt, hops, yeast, labour, energy, equipment, delivery and any additional checkout taxes are excluded. Buying the full packs costs more than the amount used in one batch.

Both. The existing Brewer’s range has 1 L and larger packs for regular brewing. Brewer’s Bunch and ALDC also have 100 mL options. Choose according to dose, brewing frequency and the product’s supplied storage guidance.
No. Start with the task: Amylase for accessible starch conversion, Glucoamylase for fermentability, Protease for protein management, or ALDC for diacetyl control. Brewer’s Mate combines four enzyme activities. The kit lets you work with three separately.
It calculates the enzyme contribution only. It does not include grain, hops, yeast, packaging, labour or energy. It also distinguishes the amount used in one batch from the upfront cost of buying a full pack.
The existing Amylase and Glucoamylase listings give 10 mL per 25 L for small brews, and 1 L per 250 L for larger brews. Those are 0.4 and 4 mL per litre. The calculator makes both visible. Confirm the dose for your particular mash and process with technical support.
Protease can act on proteins, but enzyme use alone does not establish gluten-free status. Any such claim needs appropriate analysis of the finished beer. Protein treatment can also affect body and foam, so assess your actual recipe.
Scientific and Technical Limited supplies the Brewer’s range. Your basket opens in its Shopify checkout, where availability, shipping, taxes and final prices are confirmed.
