Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Express International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide using DHL express. Our prices exclude import duties (and any associated costs) which must be paid for by our customers. DHL will contact you for payment, typically duties vary between 0 and 10% of the value of the goods.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at sales@scientificandtechnical.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address may result in delays or loss, and we cannot refund or replace such items.
