Endo-Cellulase: High activity Endo-cellulase for digesting cellulose.

Properties: Our Endo-cellulase is a liquid enzyme preparation for the degradation of cellulose and other viscosity increasing non-starch polysaccharides.  It is produced by submerged fermentation of a non-GM strain of Trichoderma reesei. The enzyme is characterised by high endoglucanase (endo-1, 4- β-D-glucanase) activity, and works optimally in an acid pH range.

Applications include: Agriculture, Food Processing, Paper & Pulp, Biofuels and Advanced Materials.
